Strategy that aligns
I set the vision and the OKRs, and keep every bet tied to what the company needs.

Hands-on product leader who co-founded Learn Amp and grew it from £0 to £3.8m ARR through to acquisition by Cezanne HR.
Passionate about helping people grow, I use AI to turn complex problems into simple experiences that really matter.
13 years, from first employee to Chief Product Officer.
Psychology is where it started. I've wanted to understand why people do what they do ever since.
I set the vision and the OKRs, and keep every bet tied to what the company needs.
I build and create myself. Even when leading, I stay close to the real problems.
Clear principles and shared frameworks so the team keeps learning. When work gets stuck, I fix the system, not the person.
Claude for research and writing. Claude Code for prototypes, my own app and features in Cezanne.
Fewer words, fewer clicks, less to think about. Beautiful design that makes the work land.
Trials, onboarding and in-app sign-up that turn curious visitors into customers.
What I've co-founded, scaled and am building now.

First employee at Rise To. Young people grew their skills; businesses found them by match. It evolved into Learn Amp.

One launch, every team aligned.
Launched to the date, with every team aligned.
Three old packages became Standard and Plus.
Strategic renewals within six months of the acquisition.
Different teams, different systems.
Standard and Plus, at parity.
Including authoring, via a partner.
Messaging, pricing and training ready.
Messy handovers, made calm.
Every handover, in one place.
Hands full? Ask Alexa instead.
Designed and built with AI, with no trade-off on quality.
Parents and pet owners need trusted help, fast.
The gold was in the details.
With AI, no trade-off.
In production now.
Championing young talent, and hidden-gem companies.
Social reach. The same playbook later grew Learn Amp.
People heard the pitch at Barclays HQ.
Matching people by skills became the heart of Learn Amp.
No experience, no job.
Built it, then drove the traffic.
The playbook that later grew Learn Amp.
Pitched to 150+ people.
From £0 to acquisition, one layer at a time.
I co-founded Learn Amp and grew it from nothing to an acquisition.
Cezanne HR was close to £20m. Learn Amp took it past.
Spark sold itself, with almost no marketing.
The top three reasons we lost deals, fixed. None has come up since.
Not AI for its own sake. AI aimed at the problems that cost teams the most time.
Four blockers stood in the way, one after another. We used AI to remove each one, so the whole workflow finally ran.
Generic content was quick but landed flat. Specific content worked, but no team can be expert in everything. Five problems sat in between, each with its own answer.
Hundreds of custom report requests became one BI product, protecting £1.6m of renewals.
Every customer wanted to see their data differently. Building each report by hand didn't scale, so we built the product once.
Each step feeds the next, and progress starts the cycle again.
It didn't start as a flywheel. Each answer raised the next question, so it grew one layer at a time.
Cezanne HR finds, recruits and onboards people on fit and skills. Then Learn Amp takes over, until they progress and it starts again.
The things people usually ask me first.
Both. I set the vision and OKRs that line up with what the business needs, then get close enough to the problem to design, prototype and ship.
Across the whole workflow: Claude for research, docs and design, Claude Code for prototypes. And inside products, like a taxonomy builder that turned months of work into hours.
Yes. I led product at Learn Amp for nine years, from Head of Product to Co-founder and CPO, and now lead product managers at Cezanne HR.
A servant leader. I share principles and frameworks, make room to learn, and fix the systems that block people. It's rarely a person's fault.
B2B SaaS in HR tech: learning, skills, performance and progression. Before that, recruitment, matching young talent to start-ups.
It's where it started. Understanding why people do what they do still sits behind every product decision I make.
And the one thing each taught me.

Leadership that lets creativity, and magic, happen.

A great experience is one you barely think about.

Practical rules for UI that's beautiful and easy.

Build habits, so people actually get the value.

Scorecards and key metrics keep leaders aligned.
